On May 1st the Diversity Immigration Lottery unveiled the results of the lottery, which helps about 50 000 people from all around the world to go legally in USA. Many people like us saw their names as selected to proceed to the next step - sending the documents and interview in the embassy. After some joyful days in which we prepared the documents and sent them to Kentucky Consular Center by DHL, the US Government decided to cancel all the results and to make new selection. Some of us waited many years to see their names and to receive the chance to go to USA. But now this hope is canceled. Our Case Numbers was voided and our hope to go to USA and to work and live in this country was canceled. The government choose to tell to all 22 000 people that started to proceed with their documents, that the results are based on computer error. Nobody is fired for this mistake. No responsibility. We received only one "Sorry". The day when we was informed was Friday, 13th. Good day to tell to so much people, that they lived in world of dreams and they are loosers. Support our petition. The idea is to tell to the government is to not steal the hope of the already selected winners. We want the people selected on May 1st to receive their chance to proceed to the next steps.
